Every pot in our online shop is one-of-a-kind, made by the artist, Colleen McCall, and ships promptly from her studio in Elmira, New York.  All packages are wrapped in white paper with a color coordinating bow. A business card with a note about care is included with every item.  Below are some helpful topics. Please have a look at them before purchasing, and do let us know if you have any questions.

Pottery Care: Our ceramics is both elegant AND durable. Colleen’s started hand painting pottery for her small children and chose a mid-range stoneware clay for its rugged strength and vibrant colors. Her palette of underglaze colors and glazes are lead-free, non-toxic. Most of ware is dishwasher, microwave and oven safe. Work that is accented with gold luster should avoid the microwave and is best hand washed with mild soap to preserve the gold sheen.

-When reheating baked goods, place the item in a cold oven and allow it to come to temperature at the same time.  This reduces the risk of thermal shock to the ceramics.

-My stoneware clay is vitreous (not porous) and safe for use outdoors in all seasons. During the winter months soil and collecting water may freeze. This expansion can crack the pottery.

Payment: My new online store allows customers to set up an account to store shipping addresses and payment information securely. You are not obligated to do so. It’s merely a convenience. No invoice or receipt will be included in the package. Look for a purchase confirmation in your email.
