Refund & Return Policy
Thanks for shopping handmade with Colleen McCall Ceramics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it to the date the return label is scanned by USPS. Contact us via email, colleenceramics@gmail.com, for a return shipping label.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging using all filler to securely center the item in the middle of the same box. No jiggling.
- Ensure safe and prompt receipt by USPS.
Exchanges
Proceed with steps above to return the item within 10 calendar days of receipt. Let us know which in stock item you wish to replace it with so we can hold the item for you. An invoice will be sent via email for amount due depending on new item price, refund item price, new shipping charges less a $10 shipping credit.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. The amount refunded is less original shipping fees and return shipping costs.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping label provided will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. All shipments are processed with USPS Priority Mail and include insurance for damages in transit. Please be sure to repackage the item as recieved so it is firmly centered in the original shipping box. Colleen McCall Ceramics can not be held accountable for mishandled or stolen packages.
Shipping Damages
Noify us immediately regarding work damaged in transit, so that it may be reported to USPS. Please email, colleenceramics@gmail.com, images of the damaged piece, and keep all packing materials until the claim is processed. If successful a refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the value of the item.
