Refund policy

Thanks for shopping handmade with Colleen McCall Ceramics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date received (delivered) to the date the return label is scanned by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

To be eligible for a return or exchange: 

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • Item must be in the original packaging using all filler to securely center the item in the middle of the same box.
  • Ensure safe and prompt receipt by USPS using Priority Mail Service.
  • Include receipt or proof of purchase. 


To start a return, contact us at colleenceramics@gmail.com. Please be sure to repackage the item as received so it is firmly centered in the original shipping box. No jiggling. Send returns via USPS Priority Mail to the following address: 50 Foster Ave Elmira, NY 14905

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us for any return question at colleenceramics@gmail.com. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

All shipments are processed with USPS Priority Mail and include insurance for damages in transit. Please email, colleenceramics@gmail.com, images of the damaged piece, and keep all packing materials until the claim is processed. If successful a refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the value of the item.

Colleen McCall Ceramics can not be held accountable for mishandled or stolen packages.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

Proceed with steps above to return the item within 14 calendar days of receipt. Let us know which in stock item you wish to replace it with so we can hold the item for you. An invoice will be sent via email for amount due depending on new item price, refund item price and new shipping charges less a $10 shipping credit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days for the item cost only. Original shipping fees are not refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
